I appreciate that references are very important, that's why I have made it a central element of this web site. The references that you read will be both personal and professional because both are vital, one authenticates integrity and the other competence.
I remember Rick Godwin making the point that if someone is about to have a baby, its better to get advice from someone who has had one, rather someone who is simply a theorist. I have learned much from great decisions, I have learned more from bad ones!
