Online mentoring and training has been a big surprise for me. It doesn't just work well, it works extremely well. Via Zoom, we can interact, break out into small groups and follow material every bit as well as we can in a live group in a building. The one drawback is that relationships are slightly harder to develop, but it really is a good alternative to Onsite Breakthrough Conferences.

I just wanted to say that I really appreciated the course it was really great. I meant to mention on the form that the 2-hour slot each day worked really well and allowed us to still to get on with work through the day. I could have written a lot more!!!

I recommend the Breakthrough course as it helps you break out of the status quo of what’s been accepted by the church for years, but never moving forward or going anywhere. Sooner or later the congregation are older and one by one disappear. This is not the church God called us to run. We are not called to be babysitters. But to advance the Kingdom of God. This course helps you to recognised some things you can change to change the character and lifestyle of the church that is healthy and will grow.
