Welcome

I must have spent over forty years in leadership, formerly in industry and then latterly in church leadership, where I led churches from under twenty people that became churches that have multiple services and plant churches that have become significant churches in their own right. I have learned a lot in that process.

The godly give good advice to their friends... (Proverbs 12:26 NLT)

Now in this new season, and after a significant prophetic word, I feel the time is right to share some of those insights to any who may want to listen. That's Church Dynamics. Why "Church Dynamics"? Because if something is dynamic, it is characterised by constant change, activity, or progress. Growing churches are dynamic. So are the leaders that grow them. However stimulating the dynamic culture is easier said than done, and that is where I can help.

Development of vision, culture, team, and leadership are all vital to a dynamic church, however, these things can be overwhelming to a busy leader dealing with a myriad of church complexity. An outside view and input can often help clear some of the fog regardless of whether our church has 25 people in it or 2,500 people in it.

In later years I have had a growing portfolio of friends and relationships in various countries that have asked me to get involved in their journey, help them formulate and monitor vision, train their leaders, help with their building projects and speak into their situations. Apart from working with larger churches, I also have a passion to see smaller churches break through the 110 barrier, using the Breakthrough Program that I have written and subsequently developed..

I am also thrilled to have helped develop the Church Planting Academy and teach on it regularly.

Vision needs visionaries. People of hope. People with no boundaries, people who will accept it with all of its problems and discomfort.

In 2018, after 26 years of leading a significant church in the South West, I was unexpectedly called by God to work in a senior role with Compassion UK as a Strategic Development Manager. This shift has given me some availability to work with a few churches in an advisory consultant capacity and also through writing and delivery of training, either online or in person. And though limited because of time constraints, it is oxygen to the gift within.

I also have limited availability to work with businesses and am happy to discuss any potential help that I may be able to bring.

Please do browse this web site, and contact me if you feel I may be helpful to you or your organisation.
